Bokeh Vision respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you contact us, request services, use a client gallery, or otherwise interact with our business.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, project or event information, and messages. Depending on your interaction with us, we may also maintain service, gallery, order, and related business records.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide requested photography or art services, deliver galleries or orders, maintain reasonable business and tax records, and protect the security and operation of our services.

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate parts of Bokeh Vision, including website, gallery, email, file-storage, accounting, and social-media services. They may process information only as needed to support those services or meet legal and business-record obligations. Some providers may store or process information outside Alberta or Canada under their own privacy practices.

Marketing

Marketing is separate from service communication. We send marketing email or text only when you choose to receive it. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe option or contacting us.

We will respond as appropriate and may retain certain information where reasonably required for legal, tax, contractual, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it where practical.

Please do not send payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through a website form or ordinary email.
